📋 Description

• Work on judicial and administrative proceedings in labor law • Draft initial petitions, defenses, and extrajudicial notices • Monitor deadlines, hearings, and publications • Conduct case analyses and prepare reports • Draft appeals and legal opinions, ensuring technical quality and timeliness • Other duties related to labor law.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Experience in Labor Law and Labor Procedure (Employment Litigation) • Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail
