📋 Description

• Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for clients • Advise senior stakeholders on Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps • Design tailored solutions aligned with business goals and technical constraints • Guide clients toward long-term value realization • Lead and oversee complex or cross-practice projects • Ensure delivery approaches align with client needs, best practices, and Valiantys standards • Act as technical lead when required • Produce and review key deliverables and report on progress and outcomes • Mentor team members and support technical and professional development • Contribute to onboarding and enablement of new consultants • Act as a reference point for best practices, methods, and tools • Support consultants with complex or strategic challenges • Encourage knowledge sharing and contribute to practice development • Contribute to methodologies, standards, and service offerings • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Sales, and Presales teams • Support complex presales activities, including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations • Identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and service consistency • Support long-term engagement strategies and value realization • Act as an escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field • 7y minimum experience in consulting and leading complex projects • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment • Commitment to quality, client success, and continuous improvement • Fluent in French & English (company-wide working language) • Be based anywhere in France and ready to travel for work
