📋 Description

• Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical leadership to the engineering team by reviewing solutions, guiding developers, and promoting software design best practices. • Architectural Modernization: Drive the evolution of monolithic systems to microservices, assessing trade-offs between refactoring, rewriting, and decoupling systems. • Integration Bridges: Enable interoperability of complex systems via REST APIs, legacy SOAP services, and high-performance messaging. • Operational Reliability and Quality: Investigate technical bottlenecks, contribute to resolving production incidents, and support the definition of code quality standards. • Cross-functional Alignment: Translate complex technical decisions for diverse audiences and lead strategic alignments with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in Java ecosystems, comfortable moving between traditional environments (Java 6/8, Java SE/EE, JSF, PrimeFaces) and modern stacks (Java 17/21 and Spring Boot). • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka. • Experience with relational databases (Oracle and PostgreSQL), search engine Elasticsearch, and caching strategies with Redis to reduce latency. • Proficiency in designing API contracts (REST/SOAP) and familiarity with automation and orchestration tools such as N8N. • Knowledge of React to support technical decisions and ensure seamless front-end/back-end integration. • Ownership mindset to assume responsibility for technical and business outcomes, balancing quality, deadlines, and risk. • Excellent ability to explain technical decisions to different audiences and a strong aptitude for mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing. • Proactive, collaborative profile that values joint solution-building and navigates complex technological transformation environments with ease.
