📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain customer data ingestion and transformation processes • Develop and support integrations between source systems, CDP, SAP Emarsys, and downstream platforms • Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes • Work with customer data models and data structures • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and performance • Support customer segmentation and marketing data requirements • Support campaign and customer analytics requirements • Troubleshoot data integration and data quality issues • Analyze data-related incidents and implement appropriate resolutions • Collaborate with functional, marketing, integration, and technical teams • Support testing, deployment, and production activities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, customer data, or data integration • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or SAP Emarsys • Strong SQL skills, with experience in ETL and data transformation processes • Experience working with APIs, data integration, data modeling, and customer data structures • Solid understanding of data quality and data governance • Professional proficiency in English • Preferred: Experience with customer segmentation and marketing automation • Preferred: Experience working in enterprise-scale customer data environments • Preferred: Hands-on experience with both SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Platform • Preferred: Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP customer data sources
