📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions • Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows, and business processes • Support SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilities • Support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems • Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration requirements • Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issues • Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases • Participate in UAT activities and support defect resolution • Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting, including work on large-scale enterprise SAP projects • Hands-on experience with SAP C4C, including configuration, workflows, and enhancements • Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud • Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders • Experience with testing, UAT, deployment, and production support • Very good command of English • Preferred: Exposure to SAP integration technologies and APIs • Preferred: Experience working in retail, FMCG, or other large customer-facing organizations • Preferred: Experience working with international stakeholders
