📋 Description

• Optimize, standardize, and leverage the functionality of the ERP and other Business Systems • Integrate ERP and Business Systems into business processes to achieve improved efficiency • Participate in all aspects of the SDLC process • Recommend opportunities for IT process improvements • Collaborate across the Global IT organization as needed • Provide leadership in the use of Information Technology • Monitor industry trends, standards, and technologies • Develop and validate testing plans; conduct user testing; coordinate UAT • Train end users/stakeholders • Recommend process improvements in both business and IT functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree + 7 years relevant experience, OR 9+ years of relevant experience. • 5+ years in a manufacturing or logistics/distribution environment. • Understanding of enterprise business systems architecture, project management, and manufacturing principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Collaborative team experience. • Proven analytical and evaluative abilities. • Strong initiative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
