📋 Description
• Operate on a remote, contractual basis as an SBC Author for XDA • Cover single-board computer (SBC) news, updates, releases, tutorials, buying guides, reviews and related content • Contribute buying guides, tutorials, and news under tight deadlines • Input work into in-house CMS and find/format images according to guidelines • Stay up to date on the latest computing news, products and updates • Coordinate with the editorial team for assignments and feedback • Provide clear, analytical writing that evaluates and explains SBC products and developments
🎯 Requirements
• CV • Cover Letter (tell us why you want to write for us!) • 2-3 tech articles you've written that demonstrate your writing abilities • Applicants must have a self-starter attitude • Relevant experience in writing and editing in the English language • Ability to think analytically; applauding or criticizing aspects of the news source • Expert knowledge and broad familiarity of SBCs • Willingness to input work into our in-house CMS and find/format images according to guidelines • Ability to contribute reliably and consistently under tight deadlines
