📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs. • Engage with enterprise customers to gather requirements and translate them into product specs. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for engineering. • Partner with the UX/UI team to deliver intuitive, user-friendly designs. • Collaborate with QA to ensure quality releases, with robust test plans and validation. • Drive adoption through customer feedback loops, feature usage analysis, and iteration cycles. • Monitor competitors and industry trends in the Salesforce ecosystem and productivity SaaS space. • Act as the product’s internal champion, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, with strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem. • Salesforce admin certification would be a plus. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, configuration, customization, integrations). • Knowledge of Excel-based workflows or productivity platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace) is a strong plus. • Proven ability to manage B2B SaaS products serving enterprise customers. • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data and feature usage metrics for decisions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams (India, USA, Malaysia, Ukraine). • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction. • A collaborative leader with a passion for technology, enterprise workflows, and innovation.
