📋 Description

• Partnering with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models. • Running cross-functional workshops. • Producing deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businesses. • Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM. • Ability to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements. • Good knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes.
