📋 Description

• Supporting and maintaining existing functionality on the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud platform • Investigating and resolving issues related to order recovery and processing flows • Troubleshooting jobs and issues • Fix issues within B2C delivery stack • Collaborating with client, project manager, and internal teams to understand support needs and provide effective technical resolutions • Identifying and fixing bugs to ensure smooth and efficient site performance • Maintaining clear, accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions • Communicating progress, blockers, and updates to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware) • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with SFRA • Understanding of APIs and experience integrating third-party systems • Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and challenges • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, caching strategies, performance optimization, and security • Proficiency in using version control tools like Git • Experience producing technical specification documents • Upper-intermediate English level or higher • Strong communication and presentation skills • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills • Strong desire to learn more about business every day.
