• Gather tracking requirements and translate them into comprehensive tagging plans. • Implement tracking through Adobe Tags/Launch, integrating with Adobe Analytics (AA), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). • Perform QA, audits, and troubleshooting of existing setups. • Document tagging concepts, governance standards, and solution architectures. • Support dashboarding and reporting using Analysis Workspace, CJA, Looker Studio, and other tools. • Integrate the Adobe stack with GA4 and other analytics or martech solutions. • Ensure end-to-end tracking coverage: web, mobile (SDK), app, CRM, paid media, and offline. • Work with Consent Management Platforms (CMP) and cookie management tools. • Apply knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations, particularly within Europe. • Design schemas in AEP using XDM and LID methodologies. • Apply DULE governance principles (data labelling and access control). • Onboard and manage diverse data sources (WebSDK, Mobile SDK, cloud storage, CRM). • Troubleshoot ingestion flows and ensure data quality and consistency. • Configure identity namespaces, build linked graphs, and create audiences for activation. • Build and test customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer. • Activate audiences across marketing, analytics, and personalization systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tracking and activation strategies. • Advise stakeholders on KPIs, dashboards, data governance, and customer journey orchestration. • Conduct tool trainings and share expertise with internal teams or clients. • Stay up to date with Adobe roadmap updates, privacy regulations, and MarTech best practices.
• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tags/Launch, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP, including schema design, data ingestion, profile management, audience segmentation, and activation. • Practical experience troubleshooting data ingestion flows and identity resolution issues. • Good understanding of Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and their integration with analytics and martech ecosystems. • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and attribution models. • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and data streaming concepts. • Basic to intermediate programming skills in JavaScript, SQL, and/or Python. • Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations, particularly in the European context. • Experience or familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DULE and LID will be considered an advantage. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-client environments (e.g., Insurance, Retail, Luxury, Automotive, Travel). • Fluent English – both written and spoken, suitable for client-facing communication.
