📋 Description

• Lead the creative direction of motion design and editing across projects • Design and execute high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX work • Shape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flow • Develop original motion languages and visual systems • Create content for brand films, pitch materials, digital experiences, and campaigns • Extend motion design into web, apps, and interactive platforms • Provide creative direction and feedback to team members • Ensure quality through attention to timing, detail, and craft execution • Present and explain creative decisions clearly to clients, linking design to strategy • Contribute to high-stakes content such as sizzles, launches, and proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level) • Strong expertise in After Effects and video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve) • Advanced capabilities in 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) • Experience delivering high-quality VFX and compositing work • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure • Experience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative work • Ability to communicate effectively in English • Strong client-facing communication skills
