📋 Description
• Work in cross-functional global teams to deliver client experiences • Set up and optimize the agile process within teams (daily duties) • Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and team collaboration using Agile metrics • Manage, plan, and control project scope, budgets, and timelines • Lead and manage internal corporate projects to implement new tools and improve integrations and data flow • Establish and lead transient project teams, ensuring collaboration and consistency • Assign tasks, manage workload and allocate work across project team members • Motivate team members and support productive performance • Support change management processes independently or alongside change managers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including practical Scrum Master experience • Proven experience implementing new tools into corporate infrastructure (processes, data flows, integrations, governance, compliance) • Strong expertise in requirement gathering and delivery best practices • Remote or international project team management experience • Experience managing medium and large size projects • Hands-on experience with change management or working with change management professionals • Strong knowledge of Agile and classic methodologies • Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration • Ability to allocate work within and between project teams • Strong verbal & written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills • Proficient with MS Office tools, Project Management systems, Jira • Upper-Intermediate English level
