• Client interface & relationship management: central interface between internal departments and clients and maintenance of long-term client relationships • Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify individual client needs and ensure satisfaction • Information & communication management: keep clients continuously informed about new benefits • Product development & innovation: further develop the benefits portfolio and design tailored programs • Strategic consulting & systems analysis: provide strategic advice to clients and develop future-proof solutions
• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise account management, project management, or customer success management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confident presence and assertiveness • Strong communication skills, both in one-on-one settings and when presenting to groups • Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working • High organizational ability and solid commercial/business know-how • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency) • Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
