📋 Description

• Central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Proactive relationship management with clients to ensure satisfaction • Provide services for new and existing clients across all order processes • Proactively communicate updates on new benefits and developments • Strategic consulting and development of tailored benefit programs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Sound knowledge of HR and tax matters, ideally complemented by experience in compensation & benefits • Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial/business topics • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
