• Central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Active relationship management • Conduct needs analyses and ensure satisfaction • Service-oriented handling of client requests and order processing • Guide new and existing clients through all order processes • Drive communication and product development by proactively sharing information about new benefits • Provide strategic consulting and develop tailored benefits programs
• Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters • Preferably experience in Compensation & Benefits • Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness • Able to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial/business matters • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
