• Act as the central interface between internal departments and clients • Build and maintain trust-based relationships • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Develop tailored solutions • Ensure high levels of satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through all engagement processes • Ensure high standards of quality and service • Proactively communicate new benefits and drive further development • Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio • Provide strategic advice and design individual benefits programs • Identify improvement potential in existing systems
• Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise/key account management, project management, or customer success management • Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally complemented by experience in Compensation & Benefits • Service-oriented, empathetic, strong communicator with assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident working with commercial/financial matters • Business-fluent in German and English • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
