📋 Description

• Coordinate communication between internal departments and customers • Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular personal interaction • Identify individual customer needs • Ensure the sustained satisfaction of companies and employees • Proactively inform customers about new benefits, developments, and opportunities for optimization • Continuously expand the benefits offering • Implement innovative bonus models

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification • At least two years of professional experience • Ideally, experience in managing key accounts, project management, or Customer Success Management • Strong service orientation and customer focus • Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • Strong planning and coordination skills • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
