• Central communication hub: coordinate exchanges between internal departments and customers • Relationship building & customer retention: develop and maintain long-term customer relationships • Needs analysis & satisfaction: identify individual customer needs and ensure satisfaction • Proactive customer updates: inform customers about new benefits and optimization opportunities • Portfolio development & implementation: expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models
• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management • Strong service and customer orientation combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills • Independent, solution-oriented with strong planning and coordination abilities • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
