📋 Description

• You take responsibility for operational finance, accounting and controlling topics across multiple entities • You support month-end and year-end closing processes and quickly become familiar with accounts, posting logics and financial interrelationships • You analyze profit & loss, balance sheet and key business metrics and derive actionable insights • You prepare analyses, forecasts and reports at both entity and group level, providing reliable decision-making basis • You actively contribute to the development of processes, structures and finance workflows and support optimization of existing procedures • You work closely with other departments, support tax and accounting queries and participate in projects related to digitalization and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling and a solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements and financial interrelationships • You are comfortable with both operational tasks and analytical challenges and enjoy diving into accounts, reports and complex issues • You think in a structured way, question existing processes and work in a solution-oriented and independent manner • Ideally, you have experience with month-end or year-end closings; additional qualifications such as a certified accounting technician (Bilanzbuchhalter) or experience in controlling are a plus but not required • Excellent German skills as well as a confident command of Excel and, ideally, experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) complete your profile
