📋 Description

• Establish and further develop cost and performance accounting: You will create the foundation for modern controlling—transparent, structured, and decision-relevant. • Prepare forecasts, projections & financial analyses: You will develop reliable forecasts and scenarios and produce meaningful reports and analyses to guide the company. • Create and review outgoing invoices (billing): You are responsible for accurate, timely billing of our services/products, including data maintenance, price and conditions checks, and invoice issuance in the ERP system. • Process credit notes and automated billing (self-billing): You will independently handle and verify credit notes and ensure smooth execution of automated billing processes, including coordination with internal interfaces and external partners. • Support in closings as well as planning & control: You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings alongside tax advisors/auditors and contribute to budget, financial planning, and control.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in controlling and solid knowledge of finance and accounting • Strong analytical thinking and excellent numerical skills • Confident use of MS Excel and common MS Office applications • Experience with Business Central is an advantage • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, and a structured, independent working style
