• Conduct supplier and buyer factory inspections • Attend and oversee container loadings • Perform detailed, hands-on material inspections • Collect, inspect and distribute samples • Conduct basic quality testing using industry tools (e.g. NIR, micrometer, magnets) • Identify quality risks, contamination and non-conformances • Reject non-conforming material where standards are not met • Report inspection findings to commercial teams • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Inspection • Must have field-based experience • Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous • Comfortable working hands-on in the field • Strong communicator, organised and methodical • Confident having difficult conversations when quality standards are not met • Valid driving licence and willing to travel overnight
• Extensive technical and on-the-job training provided • Clear long-term progression into technical or commercial roles • Opportunity to learn plastic recycling from the ground up • High autonomy and real ownership of outcomes
