📋 Description

• Drive AI strategy execution and build production-ready AI systems • Lead research, design, and implementation of AI solutions • Define technical standards and best practices for AI development • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities • Design and build custom AI products including predictive models and semantic search systems • Lead deployment and monitoring of AI models in production • Manage AI and software development team, supporting their career development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Development • 3+ years AI / ML Engineering in Production • 2+ years LLM / Generative AI Development • 2+ years Cloud AI Deployment • 2+ years MLOps / Model Lifecycle Management • 2+ years People Management / Technical Leadership • Strong proficiency in Python • Working knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript • Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers • Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
