📋 Description

• Lead, grow and mentor a talented team of backend and full-stack engineers building our core monetization systems • Define and execute technical strategy for a unified monetization platform that integrates seamlessly with Finance and GTM Ops, supports multiple sales models (self-serve, direct enterprise, and partner-driven) and establishes shared best practices in data modeling, distributed systems design, and developer experience • Platformize entitlements, purchasing and billing—enabling other product teams to manage customer access and pricing logic through scalable, well-defined APIs and reusable UX components • Champion operational excellence, promoting strong engineering practices, sustainable delivery, and high reliability as the team scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling technical teams of six or more engineers. • Proven success leading teams that build and scale backend or platform systems in transaction-heavy domains • Have a track record of guiding product and long term technical strategy. • Be a strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality • Have experience hiring, managing and upleveling senior individual contributors. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and go-to-market stakeholders
