📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments. • Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives. • Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact. • Enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work. • Mentor other designers, helping to refine concepts and elevate design quality. • Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects. • Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact. • Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions. • Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas. • Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving. • Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility. • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences. • Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling. • Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs.
