• Own validating team capacity and dependency alignment. • Maintain a single source of truth that shows every major milestone across product pillars. • Lead weekly syncs between engineering team leads that surface blockers and dependencies. • Proactively identify "Yellow" projects and facilitate the trade-off conversations between product managers to prevent them from turning "Red." • Ensure handoffs between client services, product, and engineering teams are clean and well documented. • Track "Say/Do" ratios and team velocity to provide leadership with accurate forecasts of when we can hit the next market opportunity. • If necessary, step in to facilitate the decision-making process and get projects unstuck.
• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience within an Advertising or Marketing Technology (AdTech/MarTech) or high-growth SaaS (Software as a Service) company. • A history of managing projects with critical, interlocking dependencies. • Deep expertise working with Jira (Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, and project visualization tools. • Preferred Experience: Experience working in Retail Media environments.
