• Contribute to customized data center solutions focused on electrical and mechanical infrastructure • Support the development of high‑level solution concepts • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle • Evaluate and recommend technologies, products, and services that align with client needs • Develop and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate proposed solutions • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process • Identify opportunities for improving solution design processes, tools, and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical or sales engineering role • Familiarity with IT, networking, or cloud platforms is beneficial • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions in the data center or technology industry • Strong organizational and project management skills • Strong understanding of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in architectural frameworks, design patterns, and solution modeling tools • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment
