📋 Description

• Focus on the installation, technical optimization, and troubleshooting of our equipment located within customer facilities • Execute detailed reports with observations, impact, and recommendations • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned equipment installation projects • Generate data from field observations, train customer base, and develop custom solutions • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering teams • Ensure installed equipment is compliant with standards, codes, policies, and practices • Offer off-site technical support to customers • Carry out all activities in a safe and professional manner following Company procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related discipline desired • Mechanical Engineering Degree strongly preferred • 3+ years of experience in field engineering, project management, field operations, or equipment integration • Strong mechanical aptitude with direct, hands-on applications • Experience reading electrical schematics and CAD diagrams • Required experience using hand tools and performing electrical wiring in the field • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required • Advanced skill in MS Office Suite of tools • Must have good verbal communication skills and be able to write technical reports or documents for internal and external use • Good interpersonal skills are needed as the person interfaces substantially within the business and customer base • Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs, including basic programming, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, is preferred
