📋 Description

• Provide direct support to the Technology Leadership Team and Business Manager with BAU activities and strategic initiatives • Respond to ad-hoc requests, delivering insights and information to support effective decision-making • Prepare meeting materials, capture actions, and track follow-ups to ensure timely completion • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, driving improvements where required • Review and enhance existing business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Act as the main point of contact for Technology queries and information requests • Support cost management by working with budget holders to review and challenge deal approvals • Track key operational activities, such as external resource usage and mandatory training compliance • Ensure governance, coordination, and operational efficiency across Technology

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within Financial Services Technology • Highly structured with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure • Strong ownership mindset—proactive, accountable, and results-oriented • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and approaches • Preferred: Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI) • Preferred: Previous experience in a business support role within financial services • To apply, you’ll need to provide a CV and answer a few initial questions
