• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and refine business requirements. • Translate requirements into detailed user stories and manage product backlogs in Agile frameworks. • Analyse current-state processes and design future-state models for onboarding, KYC reviews, and trigger event responses. • Map and enhance customer journeys across CLM platforms. • Collaborate with development, architecture, and testing teams to deliver solutions that meet strategic and regulatory needs. • Support UAT and maintain clear communication across business units and vendors.
• Proven BA experience in Tier 1 banking or financial services. • Strong knowledge of Private Banking / Wealth Management processes and regulations (MiFID II, KYC/AML). • Expertise in BA tools and techniques (process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria). • Agile delivery experience and familiarity with CLM platforms, workflow, or CRM systems. • Exceptional communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
