📋 Description

• Installare, eseguire il service, la manutenzione, l’upgrade e le Field Corrective Actions sui dispositivi medicali elettromeccanici • Instaurare e mantenere la comunicazione e il rapporto di collaborazione con i clienti, i membri del team e tutti i contatti del business • Assicurare la compliance alle istruzioni di service e ai requisiti di qualità applicabili • Assicurare la compliance alle normative aziendali e ai requisiti operativo-organizzativi • Riportare tutte le informazioni richieste dal Sistema di service e dai datasheets applicabili durante il service • Fornire supporto telefonico ai clienti, dove applicabile • Fornire training tecnico ai clienti, dove applicabile • Supportare le Customer Demos, dove applicabile • Gestire e conservare il car stock assegnato, le parti di ricambio e gli assets, inclusi strumenti di misura, test e tools vari • Supportare le attività di vendita e definire nuove soluzioni di servicing nella propria area geografica, zona Milano

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma tecnico • Almeno 3 anni di assistenza tecnica sul campo presso clienti • Gradita esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni come service engineer su apparecchiature medicali elettromeccaniche • Principi di elettronica, elettro-meccanica e meccanica • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e buone capacità comunicative • Capacità di leggere e seguire istruzioni dettagliate in lingua Inglese (manuali service) • Buone capacità di troubleshooting • Buone capacità di interfaccia con il cliente • Buone capacità di presentazione di contenuti • Buone capacità nella gestione del proprio ambiente lavorativo • Indipendenza nell’eseguire le attività assegnate e capacità di lavorare in squadra • Motivazione nel conseguire un servicing di alta qualità • Orientamento al cliente • Buone doti relazionali per lavorare efficientemente in squadra
