• Take full ownership of performance outcomes on specific projects. • Identify high-leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, offer, and structure. • Partner with Growth Strategists to steer spend decisions. • Monitor, trim, scale, add ads, and rotate past performers. • Demonstrate deep understanding of strategic project outcomes and constraints.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of relevant experience working with DTC brands as a media buyer. • Strong work ethics. • Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data. • Strong media buying skills - experienced in managing ad budgets. • Project management skills. • Project coordination skills.
