📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate freight movement across North America • Negotiate rates and dispatch loads with carriers • Ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution • Track shipments and provide timely updates • Resolve operational issues related to shipments • Maintain relationships with carriers for consistent capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 Years of experience as a Freight Broker • Ability to negotiate rates and manage shipments • Strong relationship management skills with carriers • Proficient in TMS/CRM systems
