• Represent VaxCare to its partner base to maximize the technology platform • Execute partner engagement strategies for a healthy and engaging relationship • Meet and exceed Key Performance Metrics including volume growth and partner satisfaction • Collaborate with internal teams for ongoing partner training • Develop and manage Partner Success Plans aiming for agreed outcomes • Act as the partner advocate by acquiring feedback and communicating internally • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to drive increased efficiency using tools • Recommend actions to optimize partner use of VaxCare’s technology
• Experience in direct partner (customer) engagement (selling, account management) • Proven history of establishing healthy, trust-based partner relationships • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on partner (customer) and business needs • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to communicate partner feedback • History of using data to drive and prove results • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Experience in the healthcare industry (with emphasis on vaccinations) is a plus • Good organizational and time management skills • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
