📋 Description

• Execute day-to-day fund accounting tasks, including transaction booking, allocations, and capital activity • Maintain accurate general ledger records across assigned funds • Prepare periodic financial statements and supporting schedules • Support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting processes • Assist with audit and tax preparation through clean, well-organized workpapers • Follow documented processes and controls consistently • Surface questions or discrepancies promptly to senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in fund accounting, accounting, or fund administration • Familiarity with venture capital or private equity fund structures • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple funds • Clear written communication and reliable follow-through • Interest in how accounting workflows can be improved through better systems, data, or automation • Prior experience supporting audits or year-end close processes
