📋 Description

• Lead the creative direction for Decile Group’s brand and product experiences • Design compelling visuals for web, product, and marketing campaigns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging visual assets • Create powerful SaaS and AI experiences for the VC community • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints • Test and iterate on design concepts based on feedback and data • Inspire and mentor other team members on design best practices • Stay ahead of design trends and apply them to keep our brand fresh and impactful

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital, product, or brand design • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and hands-on execution • Expertise in major design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) • Experience designing for SaaS, web, and AI-driven products • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset • High emotional intelligence and intuition • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with feedback and data • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup
