🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's/Master's in HCI, Linguistics, or CS • 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP ops • Proven scaling of AI tools to enterprise (e.g., >300 users, >$2M savings) • Expertise in OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and evaluation metrics (BLEU, semantic similarity) • Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences, from analysts to VPs • Agile mindset with rapid prototyping (Jupyter, VS Code)
