📋 Description

• Support customer, partner, and reseller transactions, including MPAs, MSAs, SLAs, data processing agreement, reseller agreements, and related commercial documentation • Support vendor, procurement, and supply chain contracting, including hardware, components, services, logistics, and technology-related arrangements • Advise operations and product teams on legal and commercial issues related to product development, delivery, support, customer requirements, and sales • Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal workflows • Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance to internal stakeholders • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the business • Assist with ad hoc legal matters, special projects, and initiatives that support the business

🎯 Requirements

• A J.D. from a U.S. law school and admitted to a state bar • 4+ years of relevant in-house or law firm experience negotiating commercial agreements • Experience with issues related to hardware products, software, technology licensing, and SaaS • Knowledge of corporate, commercial, privacy, and intellectual property law • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical business advice • Collaborative and able to build strong cross-functional relationships • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
