📋 Description

• Lead and manage global payroll operations, covering EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all Veeam employees, including expatriates and remote workers. • Maintain compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws and tax regulations. • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and salary information. • Implement and maintain payroll systems and software, driving automation and process improvements. • Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and oversee service delivery. • Handle payroll audits and participate in statutory reporting requirements. • Resolve complex payroll issues and respond to employee queries in a timely manner. • Develop and deliver payroll-related training to HR and management teams. • Monitor and report on key payroll metrics and trends to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Extensive experience (15 years plus) of managing multi-country payroll operations, preferably within the software or technology sector. • Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and tax issues. • Proficiency with payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
