📋 Description

• Define and operationalize GTM plays for enterprise customers across key segments and industries • Develop clear value frameworks aligned to enterprise buying groups (CIO, CISO, Data Leaders) • Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity, win rates, and expansion • Translate positioning and solutions into pipeline-generating programs • Align closely with demand generation, partners, and customer success to ensure consistent execution across the funnel • Support cross-sell and platform adoption within the existing install base • Build enterprise-ready sales plays, messaging, and tools for complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Develop battlecards, objection handling, and competitive positioning • Actively support strategic deals and top accounts with tailored messaging and deal strategy • Create repeatable frameworks for account targeting, segmentation, and deal progression • Ensure global consistency while enabling regional flexibility • Continuously refine GTM based on field feedback and performance data

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product marketing or GTM roles in enterprise software • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal dynamics • Experience building and scaling repeatable GTM motions • Track record of driving measurable outcomes: pipeline, revenue, adoption • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
