📋 Description

• Serve as one of the company’s highest-level technical leaders • Architect and drive mission-critical initiatives across payments infrastructure, AI-enabled systems, and emerging financial technologies • Influence architecture across the organization • Lead transformational initiatives • Mentor senior engineers and technical leads • Drive adoption of AI-native engineering practices • Help shape Veem’s future in stablecoins, blockchain, and intelligent financial systems

🎯 Requirements

• 12–18 years of software engineering experience • Proven experience operating at Staff+ / Principal Engineer level • Strong experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures • Deep expertise in backend systems, APIs, microservices, and platform engineering • Experience working in high-growth fintech or modern technology companies • Strong hands-on coding and architecture capabilities
