📋 Description

• Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-level • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate • Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working • Contribute to team sales goals • Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets • Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting in SaaS, Software, or a related field • 2+ years of experience focused on account management serving Life Sciences • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Excellent account planning and execution skills • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations skills • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision • A passion for solving customer business problems • Must have a team-first mentality • Business-level fluency in German and English
