• Drive sales of Veeva OpenData HCP email data and position data capabilities to meet customer objectives • Prospect and source opportunities and lead sales efforts through the full cycle from interest to onboarding • Develop a thorough understanding of Veeva OpenData HCP email data’s competitive advantages and persuasively articulate them to prospects and customers • Align with peer team members for an organized and customer focused account strategy • Develop strong and mutually valuable relationships with new prospects and extend footprint in existing accounts • Manage pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure • Work in close partnership with product and go-to-market teams to manage client deployments, ensure high customer satisfaction, renewals, and internal referrals • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers to address business challenges
• 5+ years of B2B selling into enterprise accounts selling data products (business development) • 1+ year of life sciences experience necessary • Experience selling email marketing product solutions into enterprise accounts • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare marketing use cases utilizing email data • Experience working for targeted data provider companies specializing in email data (email data/validation/intelligence providers) • Specific account experience / knowledge relevant to ENT territory • Demonstrated ability to understand data privacy regulations (e.g., CPRA, CAN-SPAM) as they pertain to email marketing is preferred • Highly organized with accurate logging of sales activity and prospecting • Initiative, persistence, collaborative work style, and solution orientation
