📋 Description
• Partner with clients to analyze and improve commercial operations including sales, marketing and medical • Lead or support software, data and process improvement engagements working across the Veeva commercial cloud • Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (strategy, data science, technology) to deliver integrated solutions • Support business development efforts through proposal writing, presentations, and client pitches
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) a plus • 3+ years of management consulting experience working with life sciences clients in commercial operations, technology strategy, and/or organizational change management • Familiarity with pharma/biotech commercial models, sales and marketing processes, and digital health technologies • Experience with Veeva software is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities
