📋 Description

• Shape the value proposition of Veeva Commercial Cloud, and the Industry Cloud more broadly, to drive commercial excellence for large biopharmas. • Work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure relevant marketing messaging, product positioning, and the success of our sales organization. • Engage with VP level and above customers as a SME on Commercial Excellence. You will be expected to communicate our value proposition clearly, discuss how Veeva Commercial Cloud can be used to transform commercial operations, and handle objections. • Play an impactful role in the growth of the Commercial Cloud business. • Provide input to the product team in support of new features and capabilities, including new areas of product growth, based on a deep understanding of business challenges and market dynamics in the space.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of work experience in Life Sciences, either in technology, or in consulting. 10+ years in a leadership role. • Deep expertise with omnichannel and customer engagement programs. • Demonstrated ability to engage at senior levels of client organizations. • Proven ability to quickly build credibility and develop trusted relationships. • Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events across the US and Europe as needed.
