📋 Description

• Manage complex and novel consulting projects for Veeva customers in the Quality space • Lead multiple project engagement teams – empower teams to plan and manage all aspects of delivery • Be responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and delivery to meet overall project goals and objectives • Proactively lead business development opportunities – identify and generate potential new projects and develop compelling proposals to win work • Serve as the Quality consulting lead on one or more strategic accounts • Bring industry, market, and functional insight, including understanding of Quality-specific challenges • Build strong and trusted relationships with customers as a primary contact for strategic and tactical questions • Develop and disseminate thought leadership and campaigns that differentiate Veeva Quality Consulting in the market • Plan, organize, and track all aspects of delivery and support building the Veeva Quality consulting brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record • 8+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization • Good understanding and deep interest in pharmaceutical or MedTech Quality, having delivered consulting engagements in one or more of the following areas: Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain • Demonstrated leadership of consulting teams in the delivery of complex project outputs • Highly efficient project management skills • Credibility and experience in operating and engaging at senior levels with key Life Sciences customers • Proven track record of developing new, high-impact customer engagements • Deep understanding of Quality processes and systems • Ability to travel roughly up to 25%; this can vary depending on engagement • Nice to have: Post-graduate-level qualification (Ph.D., MD, and/or MBA) • Nice to have: Network in Top 20 Life Science companies • Nice to have: Experience with digital technologies – platforms, channels, analytics tools, apps, emerging technology • Nice to have: Experience working with SaaS solutions • Nice to have: Good understanding of Veeva’s broader platforms and solutions • Nice to have: Veeva certification on relevant Quality products
