• Manage complex and novel consulting projects for Veeva customers in the Quality space; plan, organize, and track all aspects of delivery • Lead multiple project engagement teams – empowering the team to plan and manage all aspects of delivery • Be responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and delivery to meet overall project goals and objectives • Proactively lead business development opportunities - identify and generate potential new projects, clarify customers' challenges and needs, and develop compelling proposals • Be the Quality consulting lead on one or more strategic accounts and serve as a primary contact for strategic and tactical questions • Bring clients industry, market, and functional insight, including understanding of Quality-specific challenges • Develop and disseminate thought leadership and campaigns that differentiate Veeva Quality Consulting in the market • Support building Veeva's brand in the market and developing the customer network
• Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record • 8+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization • Good understanding and deep interest in pharmaceutical or MedTech Quality; delivered consulting engagements in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain • Demonstrated leadership of consulting teams in the delivery of complex project outputs • Highly efficient project management skills • Credibility and experience operating and engaging at senior levels with key Life Sciences customers • Proven track record of developing new, high-impact customer engagements • Deep understanding of Quality processes and systems • Ability to travel roughly up to 25% • Nice to have: Post-graduate-level qualification (Ph.D., MD, and/or MBA) • Nice to have: Network in Top 20 Life Science companies • Nice to have: Experience with digital technologies – platforms, channels, analytics tools, apps, emerging technology • Nice to have: Experience working with SaaS solutions • Nice to have: Good understanding of Veeva’s broader platforms and solutions • Nice to have: Veeva certified on any relevant Quality products
