📋 Description
• Participate in projects designing and deploying Quality systems at life sciences companies • Execute workshops and support customer discussions of Vault Quality suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training, Station Manager, Validation Management, and LIMS) • Lead workshop preparation and delivery, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and customer training • Gather customer functional and technical requirements and translate into system configuration and implementation • Support project management activities: status reporting, timeline oversight, resource management • Ensure customer success across engagement life cycle • Collaborate with other Veeva teams to innovate and improve project delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Understanding of Quality processes in Life Sciences and relevant compliance considerations • Understanding of principles of Content Management • Experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems for life sciences as a consultant or IT representative • Knowledge of Quality operations within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medtech industries or equivalent • Ability to translate technology to business/end-users • Ability to act with speed and willingness to design and implement solutions • Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements • Ability to travel approx 30-50%
