📋 Description
• Research and understand the customer and their needs. Own the User Journey • Manage the Data Steward team • Stay abreast of market developments and identify new needs / opportunities for the Product • Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps and country strategies • Creatively identify new data sources and partnerships that could strengthen the Product • Direct the product development team to execute the product roadmap and product quality agenda • Drive quality and excellence in our Product, processes, and database • Engage internal and external customers to demonstrate the value of the Product • Ensure the success of customers using the Product • Actively contribute to the success of the commercial pipeline
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Pharma Commercial, product management, management consulting, or related fields • Process Oriented • Analytical skills • Database and data quality knowledge • Local Health Care market understanding • People management and development • Excellent presentation skills • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactive • Ability to work under pressure • Teamwork • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
