• Responsible for growing and sustaining the MedTech market for Vault CRM and associated applications, including Campaign Manager, Events Management, and Align • Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams in driving new opportunities in the Commercial space • Provide business and technology guidance to the Product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in defined applications • Develop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of new features and functionality for a new and existing customer base • Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyond • Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications • Build lasting relationships and help foster an energetic community of customers to develop evangelists within the industry and facilitate peer to peer collaboration • Work collaboratively with Marketing to develop and support the execution of impactful marketing strategies
• 10+ years experience working as a solution provider / consultant to the life sciences industry • Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology with a proven track record of helping advise customers on adoption of new products • High level understanding of Commercial business processes and technology • Proven success in customer facing roles • CEO mentality to drive outcomes internally and externally. Stays focused on results and drives execution among the team. Able to work with autonomy and adapt to change. • Ability to critically think and develop a strategy and execution plan across all areas of business (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, etc.) • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
